Barack Obama makes a move over US gun laws
US President Barack Obama is to broaden personal investigations on purchasers of guns, in a progression of measures to address gun roughness.
The arrangements will be declared on Tuesday by the president, regardless of resistance from Congress to new gun laws.
All dealers who work online or at gun shows will be compelled to direct personal investigations on potential purchasers.
Republican presidential applicant Rand Paul said he would battle the official activities "without holding back".
